The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, financial performance, and successful execution of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role manages safety, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction while coordinating closely with field operations, the shop, and support departments.

The Project Manager leads project teams that may include Superintendents, Foremen, Project Engineers/Project Coordinators, and other support staff, and works in alignment with Senior Project Managers and company leadership. The Project Manager reinforces Turn–Key Tunneling's culture, safety-first mindset, and commitment to operational excellence.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred (equivalent relevant experience considered).
• 5–10+ years of construction experience, with at least 3–5 years in a Project Manager or similar role.
• Experience managing heavy civil, underground utility, tunneling, trenchless, or infrastructure projects strongly preferred.
• Proven track record managing safety, schedule, cost, and quality on complex or multi-phase projects.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with field operations, shop/equipment teams, and support departments (estimating, accounting, HR, safety).
