Manage commercial and residential landscape installation projects from start to finish. Position will facilitate the timely completion of jobs by scheduling crews, ordering materials, and coordinating the delivery of products for each project in a logical manner. Knowledge of pre-construction documents, site meetings, submittals, RFI's, and change orders is required. Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and field staff. Must have thorough understanding of contracts and specs and the ability to comprehend blueprints and landscape drawings. Must have excellent organizational skills, be able to manage site crews directly.

• Previous landscape installation experience.
• 3+ years of landscape/construction project management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and landscape drawings.
• Computer skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
