Position Description

The Service Coordinator/Office Administrator oversees daily administrative operations, coordinates service-related activities, and ensures the office runs efficiently. This role supports both internal teams and external customers by managing workflows, support staff, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

The starting wage for this position is $25/per hour; however, we are open to negotiation based on qualification. This position also has the potential to be a salaried position as well.

Skills/Experience Needed:
  • Proven experience in office administration, service coordination, or administrative leadership.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency with office software, scheduling tools, and service management systems.
  • Ability to lead a team and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • MS Office experience including Excel is preferred.
