Who You Are

You’re a strategic, detail-oriented accounting professional who loves solving problems, supporting operations, and owning the numbers. You’re tech-savvy, collaborative, and excited to be part of a team that values transparency, accountability, and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Own the monthly close process—accurate, timely, and insightful.
• Manage AP/AR, reconcile bank statements, and ensure clean books.
• Track project costs, revenue, and profitability in collaboration with PMs.
• Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Handle AIA billing, retainage, T&M invoicing, and lien waivers.
• Ensure compliance with prevailing wage, Davis-Bacon, and certified payroll.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections.
• Be a go-to partner for PMs, estimators, and division leaders.
• Be a lead in Human Resources & employee relations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of construction accounting & HR experience.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning systems like ComputerEase or Foundation (not QuickBooks).
• Deep understanding of AIA billing, WIP, and job costing.
• Strong communication skills and a service-first mindset for our team and customers.
• A desire to improve systems, share knowledge, and grow with the team.
