• Assist site superintendent and PM.
• Perform light general trades work to complete punch lists, scope gaps etc.
• Assist with facility maintenance requests

• Minimum five (5) yrs hands on experience in commercial construction.
• Must be a self-starter, able to work independently.
• Ability to adjust to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.; ability to travel between jobsites as needed.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk over uneven terrain and enter confined spaces when necessary.
