| Position Description | The Service Management Superintendent will be responsible for leading and enhancing our service segment within the petroleum construction and fuel retailing industry. This role involves securing service contracts, managing service operations, leading personnel, and ensuring profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, service operations management, and project management within the petroleum construction industry. |
| Skills/Experience Needed: | Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or relevant certifications preferred. Experience: Proven sales history with experience in managing the bidding and quoting process; service operations and project management experience in the petroleum construction industry. Preferred but not required, training will be provided. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with strong personnel management skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders. Adaptability: Ability to adjust to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively. |
