(This is an entry level position, inexperience is acceptable, willingness to learn is essential.)

1. Design and Build Structures: Use concrete materials to design and build various structures as per project requirements.
2. Pour and Spread Concrete: Responsible for pouring and evenly spreading concrete to ensure a smooth and durable finish.
3. Safety Standards: Adhere to and maintain safety standards set by state and federal regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
4. Repair and Maintenance: Repair broken or damaged concrete designs to maintain the integrity and appearance of the structure.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a concrete finisher or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of concrete composition and various finishing techniques.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
