• Measure and fabricate required metal/wood materials to construct wall structures, concrete formwork
• Properly Measure and Install frames, doors, and windows
• Drill and set door hardware
• Understanding of layout and accurate measurement planning for miscellaneous materials, such as wall protection, toilet accessories, etc.
• Properly install door frames in interior and exterior applications including cmu, metal, and wood framed openings
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in concrete work, constructing the formwork for placement of concrete, assembles column or wall formwork (all types: Gang forms, Stick Build, Slip Forms, etc), set anchor bolts templates, erects temporary handrails & associated safety related items, also does sawing, stripping, nailing, burning, measuring, tightening/loosening bolts, drilling & other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Ability to read blueprints and specifications to determine required scope of work, correct quantities, and sizes of materials necessary to fully produce a quality product
• Strong communication skills to project team members
